About the RaceTale blog
Practical guides for the people who cheer, and the runners they cheer for.
Why this blog exists
A great race day makes dozens of photos, and most of them end up scattered across phones. We build RaceTale to fix that part. This blog covers everything around it: where to stand, what to write on a sign, how to keep the photos and how to share them safely.

How the guides are made
Each guide answers one question, in plain words. When a guide relies on a fact, it links to an official or trusted page, so you can check it yourself. When something changes, we update the guide and show the date.
A note on RaceTale
RaceTale makes the app that some guides mention. We mention it only where it solves the problem the guide describes, and every guide is useful without it.
